Onboarding
How supplier registration usually runs.
Registration
We complete your supplier registration and submit the compliance pack. Where you use a vendor portal, we register there directly.
Agreement
We work under your master service agreement where you have one, and can provide our own where you do not.
Rate card
We agree a rate card by role and seniority band, with a defined review cycle, rather than negotiating each assignment from scratch.
Purchase orders
Assignments are raised against a purchase order. We track PO balances and flag exhaustion before it stops an invoice.
Invoicing
Monthly in arrears against signed timesheets, submitted through your preferred channel — vendor portal, procurement system or agreed email process.
Review
Quarterly service reviews covering fill rates, time to shortlist, assignment performance and any issues raised by your managers.
Compliance and data protection
We process candidate and client personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act. Consultants placed by Fledge are contracted under written agreements that include confidentiality, intellectual property assignment and your own security and acceptable-use obligations. Vetting — criminal, credit and qualification verification — is carried out to the standard your policy requires before a start date is confirmed.
